Van Engelenburg - Villas & More offers a great variety of high standard luxury rental Villas all with modern conveniences for your absolute comfort during your holiday.

Each Villa has an inviting, cozy swimming pool on a terrace along with a BBQ Grill, each bedroom is air conditioned. For your ease they are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing mashine among other things.

Our villas are located in Banda Abou - Curacao,
Mostly our villas are placed on the Resort Coral Estate, but we also have a few in selection at Resort Cas Abou and Playa Lagun.

Coral Estate is located at the southwest coast of the island in a fascinating natural area, only 20 minutes away from the int'l Airport, Supermarket, Golf Resort and 30 from the Capital Willemstad.
In addition to an impressive 3km coastline and lot of lovely greenery the Resort offers you space, tranquility and personal safety.
Most Van Engelenburg Villas are featured with the following facilities:
Air Conditioned bedrooms, spacious gardens, Sea view terrace, private parking, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Cable TV, free wifi-access, bed linen, towels, child crib and high chair (on request), and the presence of the caressing tropical breeze in every room.
Terms & Conditions: No Liability By agreeing to Rental and making the full payment for this, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding liability: a. No Liability for Personal Injury: The Owner and Property Management shall not be liable for any personal injury or damage to the Guest, their invitees, or any other person, occurring within the premises or the property. b. No Liability for Property Damage: The Owner and Property Management shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property belonging to the Guest or their invitees. c. Assumption of Risk: The Guest assumes all risk of injury or damage arising from the use of the premises, including but not limited to the use of any recreational activities or facilities provided. Indemnification The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner and Property Management from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Guest's use of the property or any breach of this Agreement by the Guest. House Rules Guest agrees to abide by the House Rules provided by the Owner and Management. Violation of House Rules may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and eviction from the Property without refund. Maintenance and Repairs Guest agrees to notify the Owner or Management promptly of any maintenance issues or repairs needed during the Rental Period. The Owner or Management will address these issues in a reasonable time frame. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations. Curaçao law applies to this agreement. Any dispute relating to this agreement or anything related to or arising from it will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Curaçao. By signing the contract, the tenant acknowledges that he has read, understood and agrees to the terms and conditions in this rental agreement.
